Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Please NOTE: No contract shall exist until an order is received and ACCEPTED by ourselves. Errors and ommissions on this site shall not bind us.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is available to UK, NI, IOM and Scotish islands, its value is based on shipment weight and service required
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch "In stock" items next working day, "Non stock" items are shipped within 28 days
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
VAT at 17.5% is added to all orders.
For your convenience, both VAT exclusive and VAT inclusive prices are shown for each product.

Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from date of shipping. The customer must return the goods to our factory for repair or replacement at our discretion. With some products we optional offer on-site maintenance contracts at additional cost.
